Alison Passey is the Finance Manager at Locksmith Animation. Her focus is on Company and Development Finance, Accounts, and Payroll she works in a small team who work across the UK and US. She is exceptional at supporting Producers, managers, and teams across the board and pond.

She has expert production knowledge, starting at the BBC straight after secretarial college and climbing the ladder over 25 years from secretarial roles in HR and Drama, admin functions in Drama and Documentaries, to in-house Production Accounting in Comedy/Entertainment and Production Managing in Music, Comedy and Entertainment.In 2012, she moved into Freelancing as a Line Producer working with Tiger Aspect and Hat Trick on projects such as Harry and Paul, Nixon’s The One and The Kumars reboot.

Alison came to Locksmith in 2016 after having tea and cake with an ex-boss. She was looking for her next adventure and Locksmith seemed an exciting and challenging prospect. Alison has always loved children’s books and movies so jumped at the chance to work in a film company that combined both. Alison enjoys drumming, playing the piano badly and a new Covid hobby – Lego building. She also does the occasional swimathon for Diabetes UK.
