Chloe Edgley
Creative Executive
Chloe is a Creative Executive at Locksmith, working across our busy development department to bring exciting new projects and talent into the studio.
Chloe joined Locksmith in 2022 as an enthusiastic Writer’s Assistant during the early story rooms for our riotous comedy musical Bad Fairies, before moving into development as a Coordinator and then on to her current position as an exec.
Prior to joining Locksmith, Chloe graduated from a degree in English with Creative Writing and started out her film & tv career working across factual entertainment shows and as a coverage reader for a variety of high-end scripted drama companies. She moved into animation to work on Obki for Sky Kids and immediately loved the imagination and fun that came with the medium – eventually getting the exciting opportunity to write one episode. That led to development work on a range of animated projects, and then to a position as a Creative Assistant at Netflix on their in-house animated features team, where she provided creative support across Netflix’s fast-paced slate of projects and filmmakers.
Chloe loves that her job involves reading lots of kids’ books and getting into long conversations about the nuts and bolts of story with equally passionate people. In her spare time, she also enjoys hiking, gaming (her ears are always open to recommendations) and playing basketball with her local Peckham team.
