Elizabeth Reddy is Senior Vice President, Head of Development at Locksmith Animation and leads the global team responsible for: acquiring new projects and working closely with directors, writers, and artists throughout the process from initial concept to production. She is currently working on The Lunar Chronicles, which is in development at Warner Bros. Pictures Animation, as well as executive producing Wed Wabbit.

Prior to joining Locksmith in 2022, Elizabeth spent 20 years at Twentieth Century Fox, rising through the ranks from live action studio assistant to Senior Vice President/Co-Head of Development at Blue Sky Studios. As SVP, Elizabeth was instrumental in shaping and implementing a new development structure, transitioning the studio from an executive-led process to a director-led process. During her 13-year tenure at Blue Sky, she was also responsible for securing new material and overseeing a slate of films from acquisition to the screen, including Spies in Disguise, The Book of Life, and Rio. Additionally, Elizabeth collaborated on consumer product and marketing content. Notably, she pitched the idea to integrate the Rio characters in the Angry Birds mobile game, launching the wildly popular Angry Birds Rio mobile game into development.

Elizabeth earned a bachelor’s degree in finance at Indiana University and a Master’s degree in Radio/Television/Film from Northwestern University.
